Great Britain (George II period): 1736 pre-stamp folded entire bank correspondence addressed to Edinburgh and rated 6.  Reverse shows circular transit datestamp 11/SE struck in black.  As scanned.  Nice form of address(!):- To Mr John Campbell / one of the Cashiers of the / Royal Bank of Scotland at / Edinburgh.
