Great Britain: 1869 folded entire franked with Queen Victoria, perforated 1d red (plate 90) tied by London EC duplex canceller.  Pre-printed enquiry i.r.o. the City of Glasgow Life Assurance Company Private Friends Report.  Obverse displays well but roughly opened with printed contents partially damaged at left.  As scanned.
