? Enamel Face with Roman Numerals, with Diameter of 51 mm.   

Other markings are N, 3567737 (Serial #) Omega Stamp, 0935, Lion Passant (Assay stamp for Sterling Silver)and a 10.

Town Mark, Date letter and the Makers Mark are not clear...but by the Serial Number I can date it to between 1908 - 1911.

Not sure if it is working or not, given the age I would recommend it be given a service by a reputable Watchsmith.

Chain is only a 300 mm piece...
