Original PCV Green Arrow figure by Kotobukiya, Artfx+
The figure has been displayed, but is in good condition.
The only flaws I can see are that (a) the box is a bit warped (be careful when you open the box that the base doesn't fall out), (b) there are a few light scuffs on the base, and (c) he is missing the arrow end that's supposed to go in his right hand (but it just looks like he's reaching for an arrow in his quiver to me).
As far as I can tell, everything else looks great. However, please judge the overall condition from the pics.
The figure is about 18 cms high without the base.
