This finely crafted bowl presents a rounded form with a flared foot, finished in a green glaze enriched by warm brown accents along the rim and base. The glaze flows with subtle tonal variations, revealing the studios mastery of surface treatment. From above, the interior shows a rich depth of color, while the underside bears the historic studio mark, affirming its provenance. A timeless example of South African ceramic artistry, balancing functionality with aesthetic craftsmanship. The Ceramic Studio operated in Olifantsfontein, South Africa, from 1925 until 1942, when it was restructured and renamed Linn Ware, which continued production until 1962.
