Hardcover, with DJ, 334 pp. Condition: Good. Binding secure, although loose btwn front free endpaper and half-title. Otherwise secure. Tape residue to front free endpaper with a 15mm tear to top hinge. Tape residue on rear pastedown. Foxing on endpapers (maps) and persists all through the text block--occasionally quite heavy. No inscription, no underlining, no highlighting, no marginalia or annotations. Text block complete with no loose or missing pages. A small coffee stain on a single leaf. Tips of a couple of pages randomly folded. No tears. Edges of text block foxed and darkened; small dark brown stain to top edge. The boards show clear signs of use, shelf- and edgewear: rubbed but not scuffed--no fraying of the cloth binding. Corners reasonably sharp--somewhat rubbed and faded, but not bumbed. Boards are faded and lightly soiled along the edges. Considerable fading and rubbing to the head and heel of spine and hinge, top and bottom--but no fraying. Title, Author and Publisher names clear and legible. Dust Jacket in Poor condition. All in one piece--front and back, spine and flaps--but tattered and torn. Reinforced with tape. Tape residue on inner flaps. Foxed, stained, and price clipped.
