GSM and WW2 medal group

An interesting WW2 group with a General Service Medal (1918-1962). The GSM is named to a lady civilian Miss E.M Stevens, with Malaya clasp, making the overall group quite rare. The three other medals, namely the 1939-45 Star, The Italy Star and the War medal are not named (I believe this was the case with British medals at the time). I have not researched the medals at all but am of the view that they are original and correct.

I bought the medals with the labels as photographed - I have no idea what they mean, so please don't ask. If you do know, a note would be most appreciated.
