Warranty:1 year manufacturer replacement from our stock in Johannesburg for the main module alarm . The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. The Warranty does not cover products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
Notes.
When you buy / import from overseas or you buy from a local supplier but the goods are shipped from overseas directly to you, you still need to pay the transport, courier clearance fees, VAT for import and custom duties( if any).
To return a defective product ex RSA to an overseas supplier /manufacturer will cost you around R1100. To us in Joburg only R70+/-
To replace /repair an alarm purchased from overseas you will have to wait 1 month or more . With us you will wait only a few days if the product qualifies for replacement (see our term and conditions)
