- If we courier overnight on a Friday. your parcel will only reach you on Monday

- to pick up your parcel/s from the post office, your tracking number, ID BOOK and ID NUMBER IS REQUIRED... WITHOUT providing the post office with this info , your parcel may not be released to you

- We offer a 14-day warranty on all watches/jewellery

- Please be sure when bidding- if you make a mistake, please contact us immediately to delete your bid - don't wait until the bid has ended to ask us to do so.
