Eatons was a Canadian department store chain catering to more upscale clientele. They sometimes offered special Limited production items from top quality manufacturers, like Gund. A charitable donation was made by Eatons for every one of these very cute bears sold. It was inspired by the book "Woodland Nutcracker" by Frances and Avril Tyrrell.

A beautiful, Faux Mink fur bear with a velvety, woodcutter's outfit. The fur is lush, plush feel. Its super soft and comfortable. The buttons need a bit of a polish, but the rest of the outfit in great condition. Brown and black plastic, bear eyes and a brown sewn nose and mouth. Non movable limbs. Paws are lined with brown suede material and beads in bottom and feet to assist sitting up strait. Height 40cm and bear in excellent condition. An absolute beautiful brown bear that will be an asset to any Gund bear collection with ear and tush tags!
