H. Matisse h/s Rare E.A. Etching Nude w/COA

Very beautiful Henri Matisse etching entitled Nude in excellent condition. The Actual Image Size measures 9 ½” x 7”.  The full Image French Archival Paper Plate Size measures 11” x 16 1/4” Unframed.   The Medium: Hand pulled Gravure (etching/engraving techniques) employed in the individual hand printing processes using blue tusche. It is an E.A. (AKA Artists Proof) of which there are only 25 prints done. The print is hand signed in pencil by the Artist H. Matisse (as shown on lower right hand side of plate) as well as hand signed E.A. in pencil (on the lower left hand side of the plate).  This print was created in Paris on 42-4-1931 by French engraver Deluent with his copyright mark directly underneath his signature as shown on the original COA.  Please enjoy looking and bidding on this rare hand signed in pencil Matisse gravure.  This work is fully documented in numerous French Archival and Catalogue Raisonnes.
