DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	This is a really beautiful medium sized original oil painting by South African artist H Potgieter which depicts a forrest scene. The painting is done on canvass over hardboard. It is framed and measures 45 x 60 cm in the frame and 35 x 50 cm unframed. The artist has signed the painting at the bottom right corner and dated it '1963'. You can see the painting as it is sold here in the image above. For more details see the images which follow.
CONDITION	Both the artwork and frame are in good condition and it is ready to be hung as is.

NOTES
This is a very well executed artwork and obviously done by an artist of considerable talent. A nice colourful and decorative painting.
