How do I use H2O2RainDrops Sinus & Ear Flush?



Sinus: Use 1 - 3 spray per nostril daily until you feel they are clean and your nose is free flowing. The H2O2 reaction may cause mild discomfort if your sinuses are dirty, and less so as they become clean. If you have severely infected sinuses, the release of pathogens and toxins may cause headaches and facial discomfort, but this can be eased by repeated sprays.

 

Important Note: Your sinuses are upstream from you gut, so everything the Sinus & Ear Flush releases will end up in your stomach. It is important that you use H2O2RainDrops BioAerobic Gut Supplement Fix-It Dose in conjunction with the Sinus & Ear Flush to prevent re-infection of the gut.
