How do I use H2O2RainDrops BioAerobic Gut Supplement?

H2O2RainDrops is a concentrated liquid (5% Food Grade H2O2) that must not be ingested in undiluted form.

Using this product causes toxins to be released from within your body and this may lead to what is known as "The Healing Crises" where you feel feverish, flu symptoms, aches and pains in joints or abdomen - this is not an allergic reaction to the product, it is just something you must work through. Either lower the amount of H2O2RainDrops you take in order to detox more slowly, or do it over a weekend when you have time to deal with it. These toxins have built up over years and years and can make you feel ill coming out, but will make you feel great when they are gone.

Fit-It Dose: If you feel you have digestive issues, take up to 5 drops of H2O2RainDrops in a 250ml or 8.5oz glass of water 3 times per day on an empty stomach for enhanced results.

Maintenance Dose: Add 1 - 2 drops of H2O2RainDrops to everything you drink throughout the day. 1 drop in a 250 ml or 8.5 oz glass of water equates to 10 - 20 ppm of active H2O2 - yes, it is that low - 10 - 20 parts per million. Rainwater has been scientifically measured containing up to 20 ppm active H2O2 - hence the name of our product, its really is concentrated rain in a bottle!

Tap Water Dose: The recommended practice when drinking tap water is to add 1 drop to your water bottle and fill with 1 Litre or 33 oz of water and let it stand for minimum 10 - 15 minutes to allow time for the H2O2 to neutralise the free chlorine and other contaminants in the water.
