Natrol® Biotin supports healthy hair and nails, in addition to energy production. A water-soluble B-complex vitamin, biotin is necessary for cell growth and the production and metabolism of fat into amino acids.

It is recommended that you drink atleast 2-2.5 litres of water a day.

What I did before taking the biotin, I did a 3 day cleanse to cleanse my system to ensure that I do not break out (acne). It is not necessary that you do this but PLEASE ensure that you DRINK 2-2.5 litres of water a day. I also take it for 90 days then have a 30 day break, so that my system doesn't get used to it.
