HAND COLORED !! Framed Vintage Hand Colored Etching (Original) - Signed + Titled in Pencil

VINTAGE FRAMED ORIGINAL HAND COLORED ETCHING - TITLED AND SIGNED BY ARTIST IN PENCIL

This is an ORIGINAL vintage etching of the Kiel Town Hall in Germany which has been Hand Colored (possibly watercolor). The artist has both signed and titled the piece in pencil at the bottom. Also written in pencil in the center at the bottom is -- "ORIG. RAD. "  Translated this in English means -- "Original Etching"

This is a RARE and COLLECTABLE item and it is framed in a wood frame painted Black on the outer surfaces and silver where the frame slopes gently towards the Protective Glass.  The etching has been mounted on board and framed in Kiel, Germany, as a label on the back attests.   There is also a Brass hook/clip fitted to the back for the item to be hung up.

The item does make a INTERESTING and NOBLE decorative piece in ANY home
