Handle Length: 13.0cm. Total Length: 27.5cm. Info: A large strong looking blade with a good strong handle that is ready for use in all sorts of environments. Blade Created From: High Carbon steel with a full tang and a curved brass bolster, fashioned from an old machete. The blade has a slanted point, designed to be used in the bush and in an outdoors camping environment, it is functional and makes a statement on the plankie board at the braai. Laser Branded "Big Daddy" on the blade. Handle: Manufactured from Australian Eucalyptus, a large handle for the larger sized hand with 3 palm grip curves. Scabbard: Hand crafted and hand stitched from cowhide. Phil, the blademaker, is a retired craftsman that loves to design and create unique items. In 2025 Phil turned his sharp eye to creating blades, wooden handles with fittings and hand stitched and riveted leatherwork. "It has been an interesting journey from the beginning and each blade is made and presented to the best of my ability".
