This Hand Held and Automatic Induction Cap Sealing Machines rely on electromagnetic

induction heating used to seal containers utilizing aluminum foil sealing technology for

Pharmaceutical, Nutritional, Chemical, Pesticide, Food, Cosmetic and Light Industries. Once sealed

the containers are leak protected, damp and counterfeit proof. The containers may be of many

different materials including polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester and even glass

bottles.The units are small and very portable, adopting the latest circuitry and power parts attaining a

heating efficiency of 90%. Due to the machine’s inherent high power capability and energy-saving

design the heating speed is 20-30 times quicker than other comparative machines, also enabling

them to seal more difficult applications such as polyester and glass bottles.

The process of operation of the Induction Cap Sealing Machine is by way of applying an

electromagnetic field over an aluminum foil seal to increase the temperature instantaneously which

allows the outer layer of polymer material to melt and bond to the desired surface on the bottle or jar

when in contact, creating the perfect seal.

The sealing machine adopts advanced microcomputer and power regulation technology. Precision

timing (degree of accuracy up to 0.1 seconds), power regulation (increase or decrease by 10%). The Eco range adopts a more hands on approach suitable for the factory environment. 

Parameters can be easily set on the display panel and all units are designed to be safe, functional, practical and ready for use.
