Hand Made Solid Wooden Kist With Brass Hinges and Inlays

Magnificent hand made wooden kist, doubling up as a coffee table.

This kist was hand made by a qualified carpenter and was built to last a lifetime. Unfortunately I cannot determine the type of wood, but it is most definitely a hard wood and not something like pine. Proper solid brass hinges were used and the corners are protected by solid 3-way brass fittings. It is further strengthened with addition brass angle plates.

The opening handle and lockable latch is also solid brass.

(L X W X H) 1.4m X 90cm X 42cm

It is heavy and cannot be shipped. Item is located in Pinetown, so ideally a buyer must be from this area.
