Beautifully hand painted in 1983, I cannot make out the signature of the artist.
The plate itself is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There is however a mark on the top, possibly from a sticker, which I have not cleaned to prevent damage. Would need a gentle touch.
There is also slight damage to the paint on the flower leaves, seems to be from misuse of the plate.
