Fabulous Hand-Painted 'Elephant' Ostrich Egg(Signed)

This early large ostrich egg has been beautifully hand-painted in amazing detail, featuring two elephants, one from the front, and the other from the side. It was painted by 'Dalene Lambert', a self-taught artist specializing in wildlife, whose paintings are sold worldwide. This is a link to her website, , if you would like to know more about the artist. The painting is signed and dated 'D. Lambert 1995' and the egg, and painting are in excellent condition. This is an original oil painting by the artist, and not a decoupage egg or transferred print, like most of the ones you come across. The egg measures 15cm x 13cm and weighs 250g.
