  This unusual vintage piece is crafted in sterling silver, featuring 13 x round-cut moonstones on extended claws in an organic, floral design. The ring head has a twig-like, openwork design, with touches of gold gild finishes on some of the claws and on the textured leaves. The moonstones are 'fire moonstones' with wonderful fire-blue iridescence. Very tactile, 3D. The 32mm diameter ring head sits on a slender shank that forks on the shoulders. Ring size 7 ('O' in SA or British sizing). The piece weighs a hefty 12 grams and bears the 925 hallmarks for sterling silver. Very light buff marks on the shank, otherwise excellent condition.
