Very good condition. Folded with no tears. Writing and decoration for the most part bright and unfaded, vellum in very good state. Names John and Thomas Wall mentioned as parties to the transaction.  Twefth year of the reign of King James mentioned at the outset. Appears to refer to a property transaction in the county of Stafford in England but the antiquated style of writing is hard to decipher. Document is in English, not Latin. Photos on request. Two sections sewn together , 51 cm x 31 cm and 51 cm x 20 cm respectively, then two vellum tassles without seals
