Published: Pietermaritzburg, P. Davis and Sons, no date ( circa 1920).

Presentation copy, inscribed and dated 28 January 1920 by the author.  Very good condiition but has a bump on the back cover and spine slightly sunned, gilt title still bright.. Loosely inserted are the petition and a letter in Dutch to the National Party as well as a printed letter to the editor of De Volkstem, Pretoria.. The author Thomas Hannah, an apothecary,  appears to have got into great trouble for practising medicine outside of the  ambit of the law and defends himself vigorously. He qualified as a pharmacist.
