DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A beautiful medium to large sized original oil painting of MEIRINGSPOORT, NEAR GEORGE. Painted by the listed and accomplished South African artist HANSIE POTGIETER (b 1942). The painting is done on artist board (treated hardboard) and it is framed in it's original typical 1960s / 70s white wooden frame with inner frame separated from the outer frame by hardboard. The artist has signed the artwork at bottom right and the artwork is not dated, but dates from the 1960s / 70s. The artwork measures 620 x 820 mm in the frame and the artwork alone measures 400 x 600 mm. You can see the painting as it is sold in the image above. There are four more images and further particulars below. Please have a look at them and ask a question if there is anything you are unsure about.
CONDITION	Both the artwork and frame are in good condition and it can be hung as is.
