Happy Koi Koi Fish Auction

No, this is not Wilhemina! Close - at 47cm already and she (we're fairly confident) is only 14 months old. When we landed this Koi from Marudo (so yes, she is related closely, very closely to Wilhelmina) she simply started to eat and eat. We moved her to a combined pond and very sadly we then almost lost her to an extremely violent bacterial infection that made a golf ball sized hole in her side.

But she fought back and ate like a horse. We have included pictures of the scar on our website that will be a constant reminder of her battles with bacteria below. The wound itself is completely healed now - but you need to know that she is not flawless.

We have included her on this auction because she is so similar to Wilhelmina in her nature and appearance that we want her to go to someone who will appreciate the gentle nature and friendliness of this beast. If you remember we auctioned her sibling last time - and the lucky winner is now licking his wounds because the fish is eating him out of house and home! Which is of course part of our evil plans to sell more Hikari!
