Fish 24. Chagoi. Male. 60cm. Two years old in November. We seriously debated putting this fish up on auction at no reserve. This is our male Chag - he has a slight underbite, we think probably from surface feeding as much as he does when he was young! This eliminates him from Koi shows (without detracting one iota from his appeal!) but you'll be unable to move him anyway as be warned. He is going to be HUGE. Over a meter is what we would be hoping for given his alarming rate of growth. He has a beautiful calm nature, like all Chagoi we have it seems, and we'll be heart broken to see him go, although we'll be relieved to see the stress on our food bill alleviated somewhat. Suggest the winning bidder buy an auto feeder for him!
He has one or two scales on the side growing out from when he knocked a few of them off some time ago. No lasting or permanent damage though. Please, big ponds only for this Koi. We warn you now, again!
