🛠 How to Use on severely damaged headlights

1. Wash the lens with soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

2. Sand the lens (recommended: 220 > 400 > 600 > 1000 > 2000 grit).

3. Wipe clean, optionally with rubbing alcohol.

4. Shake the can well for 23 minutes.

5. Spray one light horizontal coat directly on the lens.

6. Wait 15 minutes, then apply one light vertical coat.

7. Allow to dry for 1530 minutes (touch dry).

8. Full cure in 24hours avoid washing during this period.

10. Sand the lens (recommended:  2000 grit).

11. Wipe clean, optionally with rubbing alcohol.

12. Shake the can well for 23 minutes.

13. Spray one light horizontal coat directly on the lens.

14. Wait 15 minutes, then apply one light vertical coat.

15. Allow to dry for 1530 minutes (touch dry).
