🛠 How to Use Severely Damaged Headlights

1. Wash lens with soapy water and rinse thoroughly

2. Sand the surface (220 > 400 > 600 > 1000 > 2000 grit)

3. Wipe clean (optional: rubbing alcohol)

4. Shake can for 3 minutes

5. Spray one light horizontal coat

6. Wait 15 minutes, then spray a second light coat

7. Allow to dry 10 minutes, then apply a final coat

8. Full cure in 24 hours (avoid washing during this period)

1. Wash lens with soapy water and rinse thoroughly

2. Light sand (recommended: 600 to 1500 grit)

3. Wipe clean (optional: rubbing alcohol)

4. Shake can for 23 minutes

5. Spray one light horizontal coat

6. Wait 15 minutes, then spray one light vertical coat

7. Allow to dry for 1530 minutes (touch dry)

8. Full cure in 24 hours (avoid washing during this period)
