I will look at all areas of your life to balance your mind, body and soul. The areas we will look at include diet, sleep, stress, exercise, hydration and, most importantly, daily routines and rituals. We believe it is essential to emphasize living a healthy lifestyle to reach your full potential.
Trish Taylor studied Psychology and is a Registered Herbalist, an Ayurvedic Practitioner & Yoga Teacher who believes that to Heal and live a healthy life, we need to heal our Minds, Bodies & Souls.

In this highly interactive session, we'll discuss your main health concerns, and I will recommend lifestyle changes to help you feel healthier, more balanced, and more energised.
2. 1-Hour Consultation
A complete Lifestyle Plan will be tailored to you, and we will dive into the details during our session. Together, we'll map out the changes you need to make to achieve your health goals and alleviate your symptoms.
3. Complete Ayurvedic Lifestyle Plan with Consultation
This package includes a comprehensive Ayurvedic lifestyle plan designed specifically for you. After completing your questionnaire, I will prepare a detailed plan that we will discuss during our 1-hour consultation to ensure you're on track for wellness.
4. Complete Ayurvedic Lifestyle Plan (No Consultation)
