Sprouting Barley Grass Seeds 200 grams

Grow your own wonderful barley grass for smoothies and juicing.

Place required amount of seeds in a jar and close jar with fabric and elastic band. Fill jar with fresh water and shake vigorously. Remove fabric and drain water. Fill jar with fresh water and soak seeds for 6 - 8 hours. Drain jar of water and again fill with fresh water. Shake jar and rinse again. Scatter the sprouts closely in a single layer tray with growing soil. Cover with sifted growing soil. Keep damp and in a semi-shaded area until they are about 2- 3 cm tall, introduce into more light gradually until they are in full-sun (not direct sunlight).

This wonderful sprout is only to be used in juicing.
