Software that are considered new are new; I only open the package to make sure the Discs are intact. This way you can be sure that the item is intact and the correct info is given on the condition of the item.
If an item states second hand, the product is in most cases like new like you would buy off a shelf, the Disc may have minor very marks, but is in 100% working order and like new.
Please ask a question if the condition of the item is not specified in the description.

Shipping:
I can only ship items on Saturdays due to the fact that I work for money like everyone else, if I do get a chance during the week to get to a Post Office, I will send your item and I will also be able to provide you with a tracking number after item has been shipped.
Please, due to security risks, no collections in person or couriers. I am not responsible for items damaged during transit; this is the responsibility of the Post Office. I recommend you to ship your items with insurance as I will not take responsibility for missing or damaged goods during transit.
Items will only be shipped upon receiving payment.
