When pressing your forefinger on the red sensor before exercise it will give you a reading of your pulse (Count the Heart Frequency) in a "Resting Heart rate" to set the Lower heart rate target (Age must also be entered) You can then adjust the higher heart rate. After exercising you can check your heart rate.

It counts your real time heart frequency, so it will be changed when every time your heart frequency change

To get reliable test results, there are basic requirements. If you follow them, it should work for you successfully.

• You should be relaxed and calm.
  
• The test can be taken anywhere, home , office, health club, etc. As long as the testing environment is peaceful. No disturbing, distracting noises such as television, radio, telephone or anyone talking to you.
  
• Keep the testing place, time of day, environment the same every time the test is taken
  
• Avoid eating a heavy meal or smoking 2 - 3 hours prior to testing
  
• Avoid physical effort, alcoholic beverages or pharmacological stimulants on the test day and the day before.
