HEAVY AND BOLD ITALIAN STERLING SILVER 6-STRAND LAYERED FLAT LINK CHAIN NECKLACE WITH TOGGLE CLOSE

Vintage but contemporary in design, this heavy solid Italian Sterling silver piece features 6 strands of flat round link chains in sterling silver with a large, feature toggle close. Measuring 48.5cm long, the 32,97 gram weight ensures that all the chains hang well and sit beautifully on the neck. Italian sterling silver is particularly white and bright, and the multitude of the flat, circular, open links create a striking and tactile effect. The whiteness of the sterling silver and the movement of the mass of links gives the necklace a gorgeous sparkle effect! The toggle is a decorative as well as functional element, and can be worn in the front - almost as a pendant - or at the back of the neck. The piece is beautifully made, in excellent condition with barely a buff mark, and bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver as well as the hallmark 'Italy'. A stunning, real conversation piece!
