3inch by 3inch 3mm steel tubing with 5mm backing plates
You can do any heavy barbell squat, deadlift,bench, presses, it has a dip station, pullup bars, 4 band pegs higher and lower beams, adjustable weight spotters, adjustable j hooks
4 weight plate holders on each side, 2 on back or rack at top. At bottom it has 2 Olympic barbell storage at rear.

Just note my rack came with 4 weight plate holders on each side not 6 as in this description, the rest of the features are correctly listed and the same as my power rack I'm selling.
Weight Rated at 1000pounds 455kg
This power rack has been Personally tested with 400kg on the J hooks and the big adjustable weight stoppers/spotters
I've used it to squat and bench in the 200kgs with smooth performance and it wasn't even bolted to the floor
The rack itself weighs around 220kgs it will be shipped in segments with installation instruction booklet, there are also walkthrough videos available on YouTube
It's the best power rack besides importing international brands, which could cost upwards of R100 000 because of exchange rates
It has normal wear and tear, the numbers have faded a bit to indicate different rack holes due to use but can be re painted
Also I have miss placed some of the rack attachment spring clips. I have used a bolt and nut and screw in metal rod as a replacement to keep it tight and it works sufficiently( this is negligible) and I train heavy
The nut and bolt and screw in metal rod are more secure than the original spring clips(pictures at the end) and I prefer it for heavy lifting where I need maximum security of the spotter arms and weight holders. In case I fail a weight
but better to be transparent(2nd to Last pic above shows this).
