Konica-Minolta bizhub 250 is a solid rock printer. This machine has the ability to print standard text documents at a rate of 25 pages per minute. In addition, it can scan as many as 75 images per minute and send or receive faxes as quickly as 3 seconds. The 250 is compatible with most major operating systems and connects to a single computer via parallel or USB port and can be shared in a network environment through an ethernet interface.

The fax machine has Super G3 capabilities, which enables the transmission speed to operate at a rate of 33.6 Kbps. The copier allows users to adjust the size of the image being duplicated down to 25% or up to 400% the regular size. When making copies, as many as 999 pages can be printed continuously from the original document.

The maximum paper capacity is 4,000 pages and various types of paper can be printed on. Even though the output rate is above average, the resolution of 600x660 dpi created by the Konica-Minolta 250 toner provides a quality that will suffice in the business world. Text documents will be crisp and clear, but graphics may not be as accurate. There is a 300 MHz CPU, a 40 GB hard drive and a 192 MB memory, all built-in.

Only one Konica-Minolta 250 toner cartridge is needed for operation. It holds black printer toner only, making this a monochrome laser printer. The bizhub 250 toner cartridge has the capacity to print as many as a17,500 pages before expiration. Replacement toners are affordable, but the compatible Konica-Minolta 250 toner will be a more cost-efficient option. With a monthly duty cycle of 120,000 that will be able to handle large office tasks and high-yielding bizhub 250 toner that keeps costs per page low, this printer is ideal for work groups.
