Swiss bar is 190cm long (30cm shorter than standard 220cm Olympic bar) and is perfect for use in a standard power rack or bench set up, this is where I've used it mostly 

Swiss bar is in perfect functioning condition 

Swiss bar is in good cosmetic condition besides sleeves flaking off silver coating, this is from sliding plates on and off (see pics above)
