Ox Wagon Wheel Hub converted to a lamp

On offer this rare find - An Ox Wagon Wheel Hub fitted as a lamp, a very heavy item made out wood and metal and weighing 9.5kg. It stands 31cm tall, the one end with a diameter of 15cm and the other end diameter of 20cm. I have not tested the lamp as there is no plug on the electrical cord. Some cracks on the wood as can be seen in the photos, but still fully intact.
