Planting season: Sow directly after the last frost up until the end of January, 25cm apart, in rows of 40cm apart.  Produces up to 4 small ears(that look like large strawberries) per plant. Let them dry on the plants - strip the kernels and let them dry further for 1 month (depending on conditions) Test dryness by popping small samples. If moisture levels are too high, they will not pop and must be left a little longer. When they reach desired dryness, store in an airtight container for usage throughout the year.
