Heli-Max Comanche CX RTF Coaxial Micro Toy Helicopter Complete in Box Tested - Transmitter Turns On but no Connection to Receiver

THIS IS A 2009 RADIO CONTROLLED, ELECTRIC POWERED, HELI-MAX COMANCHE CX MICRO HELICOPTER. COMPLETE IN ORIGINAL BOX. I TESTED IT THE TRANSMITTER TURNS ON BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE RECEIVER. IT MIGHT BE A FAULTY BATTERY SINCE THE CHARGER TURNED GREEN WHEN CONNECTED TO A PLUG BUT WHEN BATTERY WAS CONNECTED IT DID NOT TURN THE CHARGER TO RED BUT STAYED GREEN. THIS IS A PROMISING PROJECT FOR A MICRO HELICOPTER ENTHUSIAST WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
It is a Coaxial helicopters which have two main rotors that rotate in opposite directions, mounted on the same axis above the cockpit. This design eliminates the need for a tail rotor which is only painted on the sides, simplifying the helicopter's mechanics and reducing its complexity to fly.

The RAH-66 Comanche was developed in 1995 for the U.S. Army by Boeing Defense & Space Group, Helicopter Division, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. It was intended to provide armed reconnaissance, strike, and air combat missions, utilizing advanced composite material that was intended to provide stealth against radar and heat seeking missiles. The program was cancelled in 2004 when the Army decided to shift the money to several other aviation programs.

Heli-Max released this easy-to-fly CX version of this large heli in 2009. Simply install 8 "AA" batteries in the transmitter, charge the supplied 500 mAh LiPo battery, and start flying your own reconnaissance missions from the comfort of your living room. The Comanche CX is very easy to fly, as it is very stable and does not want to float or bounce around on its own. It would be a perfect first heli for someone new to helicopters.

CONDITION OF ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE BOXED KIT:
Comanche CX coaxial helicopter (appears undamaged and complete);
One 7.4V 500mAh Lipo battery pack (Unsure if functional - Does not turn red when connected to charger light stayed green indicating it should be fully charged which was unlikely);
4 Channel FM transmitter on Channel 72.5 MHZ (Turns on when 8 AA Batteries loaded);
Wall charger for battery (Lights up green when connected to 2 point plug)

No Physical Instruction manual (one can be downloaded online )
