Encapuslated R1 commemorative coin, depicting the bust of HF Verwoerd.  Afrikaans issue, dated 1967.  Coin displays the wording "Soli Deo Gloria" with leaping Springbok.  Unable to find coins history on Internet.  Casing has a few scratches but coin is still sealed and untouched.
