| Fabio’s Ristorante.The only authentic Italian ristorante in town. With a focus on fresh, homemade ingredients, the pastas are made on-site, the pizza bases are wafer thin and there’s a selection of delicious daily specials. Try the rich osso bucco, veal involtini rolled with Parma ham and pecorino, or zuppa di pesce. The waft of opera, plastic-covered gingham tablecloths, and Tuscan drapes gives this restaurante the trattoria feel.
