Hertz' HCP 4 four-channel amplifier will deliver 50 watts RMS to each of your vehicle's front and rear speakers, improving the sound quality of your audio system as well as your listening experience. The amp's Class-AB technology gives it lower distortion and higher signal-to-noise ratio than a typical Class-D amplifier of the same configuration and size. The versatile HCP 4 can also be used to run a pair of speakers with the front channels while sending 170 watts RMS to a subwoofer from the bridged rear channels. A selectable bass boost on the rear channels helps your sub sound its best.
This amp will work with an aftermarket receiver using RCA connections, or a factory radio using speaker-level wiring and Hertz' ART automatic remote turn-on system. If your receiver only has a single L/R output, you can engage the Mono buttons on the front and rear input channels so the amp can power your four speakers from those two inputs.
