The Tarantula features a mesmerizing eight-legged walking mechanism that gives this complex robot its graceful, smooth-walking stride. Includes a two-channel infrared remote control that allows the user to independently operate each side of the Tarantula¿s legs. The Tarantula has a translucent design that exposes the electronics and mechanisms so you can see it work! Allows full-control of forward, backward and turning motions. The two-channel remote also enables two Tarantulas to be controlled independently or multiple ones in unison. This HEXBUG was inspired by Dutch physicist-turned-artist Theo Jansen.
