Don't confuse this with the Standard Definition MX10 and MX20.
This version has 4GB of built in memory. It can take SD, SDHC, MMC, and MMCplus cards to expand memory. Unlike HDD (Hard disk drive) camers, this camera doesn't need to be connected to the PC transfer files, you can just pop the SD card into a card reader, and still be able to use the camera while transferring.
It can also be used as a webcam, and you can record video to the camera! So those old VHS can now be converted to DVD . I've done that with a few, of course the quality is still only as good as the orignal video, but at least it won't deterriorate further.
It records to MPEG4, so can play files straight away in Windows Media Player, etc, unlike AVCHD. Also comes with editing software, that doesn't need a superfast PC to process.
The video quality is superb. It's been used for about 6 indoor functions (birthday parties) and it does a good job in low light compared to other camers. I constantly get 1h30m from the battery.
It's in as good as new condition, and comes with the box with all included items. An 8GB Class 6 SDHC card is available as an extra if needed. I'm selling it to buy a DLSR, as I do more photography than video. This thing sits in the bag 95%of the time!
