Highly Acclaimed and internationally recognized SA artist Edward Speirs (1937 - 2006) large oil on canvas in the original Karoo gallery gold speckled frame. Signed and dated 1989
Frame measures 90cm x 75cm and painting measures 68.5cm x 53.5cm
Prominent galleries in SA have this size and medium of this artist between R10.000 to R12.000
Expect minor age related scuff marks around the Gold and red speckled frame - initially I thought the paint on the frame was worn in places however after cleaning the frame and resealing the back i see now the frame was designed like this which actually compliments the art.
80's through 90's material inner border was popular however over time this does become dirty and has dirt marks in places.
I have not reattached the cord at the back but will send it with the painting. You can screw it in to the height that will suit you best
