This is a nice vintage Donald Duck Disney Showboat Dancer and it is a plastic toy that comes with wheels that allow Donald to dance when the wheels are turned. The background shows a stage of a wheelboat, hence the name. The toys works very well and the label on the front is numbered 6990. On the back is the identification that reads that it is made in Hong Kong for Kohner Brothers.
