Hikvision's 8 channel DVR is a basic system to start of your camera setup, recommended  home/small businesses. You can connect up to 8 cameras to this Digital Video Recorder. This DVR supports up to 2MP cameras which are compatible with most of the hikvision basic cameras on the market. It has 2 video interface which you can choose from either VGA or HDMI. Configurations are easy and straight forward with a user friendly interface you can certainly work your way through. Hikvision offers a lot of functionalities and one of them is being able to view your camera system remotely using a Smartphone by downloading the Hik-connect App and linking it to your system for a piece of mind. 128 users can be linked remotely to your system using the App.
