"I had to press aggressively to survive," Irene reflects. "I couldnt sit passively and wait for change. I confronted many fears for the sake of my children - I did it afraid. Some things have to be done, despite the presence of fear." For Irene and many women before her, self-worth often came only after enduring hardship, whether through abuse, rejection, or neglect. She is committed to reversing this narrative for future generations, advocating for a world where young women and men understand their intrinsic value from the outset.
