· We do not accept returns and exchanges on underwear, intimate wear, sleep wear, swim wear or in cases where an item was damaged due to negligence or misuse.
· Returns to be submitted strictly within 5 days after receipt of order.
· All items to be returned in their original condition; unworn with tags / labels attached and original packaging intact.
· In cases where packaging have been damaged or returned in poor and/or abused condition, a 10% handling fee will apply.
